Our regulator, The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy require us to conduct a pre-assessment of all patients to determine whether a physical appointment is both safe and necessary.
This consists of a short phone call or video chat with one of our physios where we will ask a few questions about your health to determine your risk level. If we feel you are in an at-risk group we will ask to conduct the appointment via-video call.
